Female undergraduate enrollment exceeds male in CHME for first time

For the first time, female undergraduate enrollment in CHME at NMSU exceeds that of their male counterparts.  Fall 2019 census date registrations show 89 women and 88 men. Enrollment Data In 2017, only 21.9% of engineering bachelor degrees were awarded to women.
